Regarding using this non cv/cc BUCK (only) gizmo:
It never occurred to me you could BOOST the amps while BUCKING the voltage... I just figured max amps into the gizmo would equal max amps out (or if anything, some amps would be lost due to inefficiencies.) So it's actually about total Wattage in and total Wattage out?
