This would let you operate (with buck but no MPPT) two 23v Mono panels in series where the Eco-W is maxed at two 22s (Poly) and could go overvoltage and fry with those in the cold. The Eco-W works well with a single panel up to about 250w which has the Voc under 40v.
The further you go with higher panel voltages the closer you come to an updated Shunt/on-off controller which does very slow and varied PWM.

In an RV situation, the on-off cycling will drive you nuts with its loud clicking/clacking.
