Until the USA loosens their pollution standards to that of China, we will never be able to compete in manufacturing, globally. The clean up costs get added into the price of every widget. Clean air comes at a steep price. You should see what it costs to replace a Diesel Particulate Filter on my VW Touareg diesel. Outrageous!
