It is also unlikely the timer feature is what caused the transition from abs to float.
Let's say the cycle began a little under 70% soc, and ended at 88%. That's about 95 Ah's. OP said it was in bulk/cc for at least half an hour, so that replaces say 30-35 Ah's; leaving 60-65 Ah's to go. While amps tapered, in ABS mode, from 48 to 21, with an average of say 30a per hour, it would take about 2 hrs in abs mode. But the timer only allows for 1 hr. So, it appears the timer is not functional.
??? With that vector style profile happening, did the charger perhaps act as if it was in bulk mode the whole time, and thus not shut down after 1 hour ???
