All the converters work with the same architecture. The input circuit is a diode bridge connected to a big capacitor. This is a peak charge circuit. The capacitor charges up to 170 Vdc.
If ac voltage is only 80 Vrms the cap will only charge to 113 Vdc. I doubt any converter used in the rv industry will be functional at that voltage. I also doubt a wfco will meet spec at that voltage. Hell, what I hear, none get max current during boost mode. It can't meet the spec even at 120 Vrms!
105 Vrms is the minimum voltage converters are specified at. I doubt all meet that spec. The PD is far from it.
