I doubt you'd actually get this far to have to worry about it as the heavy draw you're talking about will most likely cause so much battery voltage drop that you inverter will go to alarm mode and shut down, particularly with a pair of 6 volt jugs that will have a more difficult time maintaining sufficient voltage under heavy current draw than will a pair of 12 volt jugs with similar capacity. Ditch the Keurig and reduce the draw to something more manageable, say 60 amps, and your chances of success will be substantially improved.
