Yes, 1400/12=117A. Make it 135A with 15% inverter loss. Peukert-corrected AH draw would be 13-14 AH, per each Keurig run. Or more than 14AH - can be "much more", depends on the battery.
IMO, 2*6V bank is marginal for things like Keurig or typical 1000W microwave (that really draws up to 1300W). With 14 AH you might be able to run it a few times, if voltage won't too low every time.
