Can I test my Wilson Sleek without leaving town?
Got it used, locally. Guy was kind enough to offer to let me test it before I pay him -- but I have commitments keeping me here, where cell coverage is excellent. Any suggestions?

- Not so seriously, show up at your local Walmart and ask to use a power plug for a few minutes. It seems to me that every Walmart that I have ever gone into has virtually no cell service.
More seriously, look around your area for one of 2 options: a river valley or a large commercial/industrial building that you would be allowed to access ie work, friends work etc. Those are both typical places where I have seen poor signal. From there you should be able to setup the Sleek and confirm if your signal improves. I would try to find a location with about 1-2 bars. This should get you fairly close to full bars with the Sleek on. 2oldman wrote:
