Can Inverter support crock pot and refrigerator

New-bee question. I have a 400 watt inverter in my Pleasure Way Excel (2013) and would like to have a crock pot cooking in the sink while driving down the road. I have now idea of how to determine...

If inverter is rated for X watts, it theoretically will support X watts. Personally, I'm more confortable with 0.8X.
