Can Inverter support crock pot and refrigerator

New-bee question. I have a 400 watt inverter in my Pleasure Way Excel (2013) and would like to have a crock pot cooking in the sink while driving down the road. I have now idea of how to determine...

If the inverter is part of the RV fitting then be sure they did the wiring right so it is fat enough for its length so the battery voltage holds up over 11v when the inverter is running a 400w load.

You can test that by running four 100w lamps
