Can Inverter support crock pot and refrigerator

New-bee question. I have a 400 watt inverter in my Pleasure Way Excel (2013) and would like to have a crock pot cooking in the sink while driving down the road. I have now idea of how to determine...

I have 1200 watt inverter running off of two gp 27 size batteries and sometimes that isn't enough. If I had it to do over I would have bought a 2000 watt inverter.
