Can Inverter support crock pot and refrigerator

New-bee question. I have a 400 watt inverter in my Pleasure Way Excel (2013) and would like to have a crock pot cooking in the sink while driving down the road. I have now idea of how to determine...

By "not advisable" is there a specific warning or recommendation from the manufacturer?
