Can Inverter support crock pot and refrigerator

New-bee question. I have a 400 watt inverter in my Pleasure Way Excel (2013) and would like to have a crock pot cooking in the sink while driving down the road. I have now idea of how to determine...

Are you suggesting cooking on the LP cooktop while driving down the road? Now that WOULD scare me. There would be an open flame in the coach and an unsecured pot of hot food!
