Have re-read the OP post again, - you have 2 sediment filters and a carbon filter. It's a good system. When it's been both filtered and boiled (for cooking), the only thing that could survive is some heavy metals - though block carbon mostly removes those.
I don't drink tap water after any filtering, even when it has also been boiled in process of cooking, but this is me. It's easy to take extra precaution and carry a couple of 5-gal jars, for one person this will last 4-5 weeks, depending on temperature. Jars for drinking/cooking, filters for everything else.
RO is more complicated, potentially more prone to failures. I wouldn't want any brine in my plumbing system, either.
