I realize everyone has their own experiences but having dogs my entire life, I do not give my dogs untested water. Its either bottled or home water. I don't need episodes of explosive diarrhea while RV'ing from water that does not sit well with them. Dog's sometimes seem to be more sensitive to the subtle differences in water....no point in taking that chance. IMHO but your mileage may vary!! :-)
