Yeah, impossible for me to read without reading glasses. I finally marked mine with a white paint stick so I can see it with my naked eyes
As for rebuilding carbs, an assortment of welding tip cleaners is essential for cleaning out those tiny holes. They come grouped in one tool like feeler gauges and such. Harbor freight has them dirt cheap.
Vent clockwise, and it's open and motor is on, counterclockwise is closed, and motor is off.
