- mailman-retExplorerWhile I was on the phone with Duchman, they directed me to what turned out to be the Lippert Control Module. I am making note of your experience and now know where to check should I encounter a Lippert malfunction. Thank you for this information. I noticed that I had difficulty getting the cover off as when I bought the RV, I had fabricated and installed a sliding tray for full pass through access by making a sliding tray that would bring everything to me just by sliding the tray half way out on either side. I also made a trough for that shelf to slide in, with a bracket to prevent me sliding it to fer out, unless I needed it all of the way out. This trough wall is made with a 1X4 and stands too high to easily pull the Lippert Panel cover. I shall remove just enough of the trough wall to allow easy access of the panel cover. I installed a door latch bolt to lock the tray in position on the passenger side so that it couldn't move while traveling. I will soon try to post photos of this system to show how it works. That is if I con remember how to post photos.
- Cummins12V98Explorer IIIGlad you are good to go. For future reference do you know how to level your RV with the controls manually? If not it would be a good idea to know the procedure.
I never use AUTO mode to level, I use the Manual mode. Simply don't like the front of the RV dropping down so low with 6k pin weight.
