Thank you for all the replies. The problem, at least for OTA, is fixed. I had unhooked the cable at the antenna head to test it. It tested fine so I screwed it back on. It started working. Weird because it wasn't as if the cable was loose. I needed a wrench to remove it from the antenna. Oh well, problem solved.
