That's a normal condition that just about every new rig goes through during it's early days. Some of the putty material squeezes out and it's done. It doesn't keep coming out and it doesn't mean it leaks. You could have a leak test done but otherwise I would not reset the window because it will do it again and they're fine the way they are. Just do as others have done and trim off the excess if it bothers you.
