Where were you fishing last weekend it was -10? I'm surprised last weekend that your generator didn't melt it's way through the ice in 10 hours. If you google extended run gas caps you will find that there is a company in Elk River that makes a nice aluminum replacement cap that you can plug the hose from a standard 6 gallon outboard tank to generators, They make them for Honda, Yamaha, Ryobi and Champion. It's the same cap Northern Tool sells as part of their kit that comes with the tank, hose and cap. I use a 3 gal tank on a Honda 2000 to get through the night when I am hunting.
