That's why we have voltage regulator testers. I thought you wrote your alternator had 130K on it. I was hoping you would take it apart, then you would have yelled "Good Brushes!" then I would have replied Regulator! I cannot see an alternator with 130,000 original miles having 70% left on the brushes. You got a decent price. And kept your original excellent rotor and stator. And NTN LUA bearings.
