I have bought a couple of those ebay Chinese solar panels in the 100-120 watt range in the last year or so, and my advice is don't buy the cheapest one, move up level or two. The brand of panel with the best construction quality out of the ones I have bought was "newpowa",the worst was "Eco Worthy". This is not to say that the Eco Worthy did not work,but the construction of the frame was much more flimsy using U channel only on the sides and L channel on the ends vs the NewPowa which had U channel all around and seemed a little better built. This is not to say the Newpowa was great there was a cosmetic blemish on the backing, ... I also bought them in combo kits with wiring and solar controllers, the included solar controller with the Eco Worthy appears to have more robust construction, but the difference is between flimsy plastic and reasonably tough plastic.
