- OnaQuestExplorerLooks like a simple "Turbo Encabulator" to me.
- YC_1NomadHad questions like this on my FCC license test many years ago. What component is missing. It appears it is a Hartley oscillator missing the center tap transformer, or maybe it is a craganmeter. If you oscillate the craganmeter through the rheostat it will indeed reach ceritas. E=MC2. C being the speed of light. Be careful to not let the smoke out.

It is the congressional design for either a flashlight or a crystal radio. Yes, The important parts for either are still missing, but it hasn't been to conference yet.
