Cleaner for the white around windows?

We don't have that on our windows, but have a trim piece around the middle of the motorhome that is similar. We use either bleach/water mixture and a scratcher side of a sponge, or the last we used was Mean Green Mildew Destroyer that was purchased at dollar general. It worked very well. It does have bleach in it also, so not sure what else. It cleaned most of it up, but some is deeply imbedded in the rubber and does not come out -- just lightens it.
