TSP works awesome for this! We just bought a 32' TT and it was quite disgusting inside. We gutted the whole thing, new floors, new fabrics and painted from top to bottom. It was recommended to me to clean everything with TSP (Tri-sodium Phosphate) before painting. I was amazed at the grime that it took off.
You can find it at Home Depot, Lowes, and any other hardware store. It's a powder. 1/2 cup to a gallon of water. It completely dissolves in hot water. Just dip your rag in and wipe away.
