I'm not sure where 'lb' is, poundland? But calling the septic pumpout people might have unintended consequences. In Florida, and I suspect many if not all other states, that would be an illegal setup. The septic company might have to report you. There are all sorts of hoops you have to jump thru to put a legal septic tank in.
