He is a 'salesman' not a Tech guy that was trained by Dometic.
Should have called Dometic Tech and inquired OR read thru Manual for thermostat
I expect a salesman to show me the unit, demonstrate the various features, haggle with me over pricing, interface with dealership 'head guy' etc BUT not provide Tech Support for an 'Unknown' issue.
The finance person should have told me to lubricate my fluxion bearings twice a year.
