Thanks Doug - the trailer is new to us. We have been on 3 short trips (within 15 miles of our home) and one longer one. There is an interesting learning curve, that we are enjoying. I.e., how to do this and how to do that.
The clicking was noticeable from the first day. It took me until now (about 3 months after purchase) to get my head around it and Google the problem. There seem to be lots of instance on Google of this issue surfacing.
The reason I entered my findings here was to suggest there must be an easier way to get solutions. My main reason for buying the trailer was to have a nice place to rest and sleep while doing astrophotography (AP) late at night. My experience with AP is such that the smallest amount of help can get the photographer much better results. We have a slogan with AP, "it took us a year".
My hope was to stir discussion about learning curves and enjoyment.
I appreciate your post. There are ALWAYS things I can learn from the Internet. Like I posted, NOBODY has ever posted on a general forum or any of my customers(thousands with the Single zone) have ever had this problem. Someone had to have reprogrammed your wall tstat when they were messing with it. Also, there IS a normal 1 click from the furnace relay on the AC control board when the furnace is called to heat. It is just the relay closing sending the 12 volt signal to the furnace to start heating. Doug
