Thread is closed (last post in 2009, good search, Chris!) and both links to the .PDF of his project no longer work. I think I can make it from here IF the motor will run another six days with my temporary lubrication. And I think it will. Test'll be if we shut it off (or if a breaker pops again!) and restart. Yesterday we had it OFF a few hours and when we went to restart, it was Stuck. And stuck TIGHT. I first got it to where it'd run if I flipped the fan blades, then on its own. Leaving it alone till something else happens.
If anybody has a source for the generic motor, I'd like to have it in my pocket when I attack the motor overhaul.
If it's Riveted, my challenge for re-assembly will be finding long enough machine screws, or treaded rod that small.
