Well even smoke soot can build up, I really do hope it is something simple you can resolve easily :)
Thanks for the input guys - I'm hoping it's an easy fix too - umm any other ideas let me know - I'll work on getting out to the storage site to get the shroud off asap and check for dirt/soot etc.
Otherwise, probably off to the shop.
In case anyone is reading - is there a really good shop in the St. Louis area that is particularly good with A/C units like this?
