I've got a 2001 Fleetwood Expedition 36t with Coleman Mach roof top air conditioners. The model number on the unit is 6799B801. I've looked online and I can't seem to find if the units are 13,500 or 1...

That's a 13,500 model- I don't have dates, but I would have thought that was a much older model- like *much* older.
According to my breakdown, that is a Super Mach, and one breakdown shows an exhaust assembly, as well, but not sure about that. I do have owners and installation manuals available, if you need them.
The 67XX series do not follow the numbering protocol that the other models follow.
