That has all been changed. I am looking at also an older version of NEC 2005 addition. 250.32 specific covers buildings or structures supplied by feeder or branch circuits. Para (B) defines more specifics.
Again this is not the current NEC and I do not believe the OP is planning on getting a permit where it would be inspected.
The OP has not responded as to what type if any raceway the feeder circuit is in.
