the ts-rm-2 may be the problem I don't know.
see my previous post regarding communicating via the RJ-11 port.
If you have the remote meter connected to the RJ-11 you will likely need to remove that meter then set dip switches on the controller for the RJ-11 port to work with the serial port adapter that connects to the RJ-11 port.
And you'll need to get a usb-rs232 adapter.
