Connecting inverter to shore power cord

Ran mine through plastic pipe under the trailer.

Update:
Success! The converter wire was pigtailed with the bedroom receptacles on the #3 breaker. Tied it off, and connected inverter to power cord. Shut off A/C, microwave and water heater breakers. Ran the inverter remote to a panel under the TV.
Now have to find a way to hide the extension cord bewtween the inverter (trailer front) and shore power (trailer rear)

All you need to do is turn off the breaker
Then check the voltage at the battery before and after
This will tell you if you turned off the converter,
tracing wires will tell you which one is the converter and which one is the bedroom outlets

My converter plugs into the breaker box. That made life easy for disconnection.

I would say those are full size with two singles in each one
Nothing to be gained by trying too put two 1/2 sizes in the spot

Sometimes I felt foolish paying almost 400 dollars for a 24-position AC/DC marine panel. Then I run across posts like this which immediately make me feel better.

Sometimes you can swap a full size breaker to a half size breaker - then you have two smaller separate breakers in the same hole.
