Troubleshooting aside, I purchased a slightly used Pines RV Cooling unit from a guy that put a hair dryer in his refrigerator to thaw it out quickly. He forgot about it & melted the inside of the Norcold 1200. The cooling unit was 6 months old & I used it for about 18 months. It developed a leak in the boiler area. I called Pines RV, told them the details including the fact that I was not the original owner. I provided photos of the leak on Monday & the replacement cooling unit arrived Friday. No charge to a business address. That's unbeatable service.
