The problem that I have read about is, the gen set runs for 20-30 minutes, then shuts off. After a period of time, you can restart the process. Changing the fuel pump seemed to have alleviated the problem.
The problem I am having is extended crank time to start the gen set. This happened after a complete tuneup with OEM parts. Im thinking the fuel pump may be the issue.
After research, I have found the same numbers as you. You can get the airtex pump at rockauto as well as amazon.
I am tempted to try the airtex pump.
