First I think you mean the batteries are in series, not in parallel if they are 6v.
It sounds to me like a bad battery. Hard to imagine how such a low current draw could deplete the batteries that quickly. With the cells in series all you would need is one bum cell in one battery. I would check the specific gravity of the cells. Any auto parts store should be able to do that.
If it were starting low and staying there then maybe a bad connection, but you say the batteries are draining.
You should have a couple hundred AH of power. It would take quite a load to deplete a good battery that quickly and I'd guess you'd know about it because something would be cooking.
