Ya, no way could you remove a gallon of water a day for more than the first day, unless you are open to the outside or go in and out frequently.
We live/store in a humid area. First day, sure, it will remove a lot. But after that (i.e. once it has reduce the humidity of the air in the coach) it doesn't pull a lot more.
