If your transfer switch makes/breaks the neutral/ground bond, running a separate bonded receptacle may lead to problems with plugging the RV into a GFCI receptacle. May or may not be a problem, depending on the wiring of your RV.
There shouldn't be a GFCI problem but like you said it all depends...
