Dertermine Rear End Gear Ratio
Is there a way to determine what rear end gear ratio (4.10, 3.73, 3.55) etc is actually in your truck. Sticker on glove box says 3.55 but I have reason to believe that the gears may have been changed...

With only 1 wheel off the ground, count the turns of the drive shaft to 1 turn of the wheel, and double that.
If the driveline turned 2 times, the ratio will be 4 to 1
If the driveline turned 2 times, the ratio will be 4 to 1
