Try COOPER tires. My bus tires are 14-years old and all ten 10X20" look brand new.
X2 on that - in spades.
I've had outstanding service from Cooper tires on my 1995 GMC 4X4 pickup truck. The first set of Cooper tires on it went at least 12 years and finally the tread wore out. There were no cracks in the sidewalls. The truck sits out in the weather most of the time, too, and of course I have another set of Coopers on it.
For what it's worth regarding our no-safety-compromise motorhome, I'm on our 2nd set of Load Range E Michelin tires - but of couse Michelins can sometimes be hard on the budget.
