The "Check the age code" response was a good one so I'll repeat it with credit to the original reply.
Another common cause of swift tire failure is inflation.. When you drop that HEAVY fith weel on you need a bit more support.. Drive the rig across a segmented scale.. Get the inflation chart for those tires and adjust pressure per the chart.
