The interruption of the 110v power is causing the restart. You need to have the receiver connected to a inverter that is battery powered and supplies the TV and receiver. Then switching 110v sources will not affect the receiver. My inverter also runs my fridge so it runs off DC and not gas while moving.
I have the same antenna and DTV on a used MH we bought a couple months ago. I can't get the unit to work. Not sure of it is a receiver setting or LNA in the antenna. Have spent many emails with Winegard and DTV trying to figure it out.
