Do your own experiment removing alcohol

It takes a substantial amount of alcohol to remove water from gasoline.

Therefore it takes relatively little water to remove lots of ethanol.

Water and gasoline do not mix.

But if purified water is used to minimize total dissolved solids it leaves virtually no contamination after the water is purged.

Then the so-called de-alcoholed water is passed through a RAcor water separator filter with the "S" series 1 micron filter element.

And Presto, untreated gasoline.

A container with drain valve is needed to purge water from the bottom

Then a one time purchase of a small RAcor filter, and a tiny fuel pump. Put the pump downhill gravity AFTER the RAcor filter.

I haven't a clue what to do with the effluent. Evaporation?
