Dometic 15K Duo-Therm Question

My A/C is having issues cooling properly. I frequently experience freezing of the coils. I took the inside cover off today and it appears the freeze sensor may be loose, and the coils appear to have some minor dust accumulation. I do not have enough clearance to access the coils from the inside. I want to reattach the freeze sensor as well as give the coils a good cleaning.
Does anyone know if both the outside coils and the inside coils can be accessed from the top of the RV after removing the cover.
