Dometic cooling fan not operating

My dometic refrigerator is cooling OK on gas but only to about 39 on electric. The cooling fan behind the refrigerator is not operating. It works if I jump it. Anyone have this issue ? Sensor? Electr...

CORRECTION I hot wired the fan directly and it is working. Fuse is good also

    do both, add switch to manage around the snap disc
