YES you can run off shore power w/o a battery......but you can't run w/o 12V DC power to fridge on electric or propane.
The 12V DC powers the control board, panel lights, gas valve etc.
On shore power your 'converter' is supplying the 12V DC System.
And you really should get a new battery cause IF you tow that trailer anywhere it is Federal Law to have a working battery that will activate/hold power on trailer brakes for 15 mins should trailer become disconnected from tow vehicle and become a 'run away' :S
New battery was purchased a few weeks ago, we are good to go. Thanks for the information.
