Dometic toilet floor seal
Has anyone ever replaced the foam floor flange seal with a wax ring? If so how did it work?

When I replaced the broken holding tank, the toilet had a wax ring that showed no sign of ever leaking, so when I reinstalled it on the new tank, I used a wax ring. (5 yrs ago)
