Why do you need to replace it?
A common issue at least with Tri-Mark locks is the striker bolt. (The snap lock) the highest stress on the bolt is at the weakest point and the cheap pot metal simply snaps. Now the spring holds the door latched and you can not open it (Well there is a way but it's not an approved way).
I have had a machinest carve me one out of high grade steel.. IN fact 3 different machinests (since the basement uses the same bolts)
The first one did some basement bolts.. Made 'em 2 piece and I had to re-assemble the 2 pieces. Still in use
The 2nd one my door i had to do a bit more machining
The third is Seneca Machining in Seneca SC. He made me 5 Basement bolts (40 bucks since they involve both machine work and hand work) They are works of beauty. I had to do nothing to them to make 'em fit and I expect them to fail NEVER.. They are that good.
If you contact him and can send him the old bolt.. OR someone like him closer to you... Man did very good work.
Most major cities have a metal smith like Seneca Machining.
