Drilling holes through fabric
How do you drill a hole through fabric without the fabric getting wrapped around the drill? Moved to Tech Issues forum from DIY.

If the fabric is synthetic, I use a soldering iron. Makes a perfectly round hole with "sealed" edges- no frayed threads.
